About Villa Margherita
Villa Margherita is a modern house with a private pool in Kurili, a quiet village a short drive from Rovinj. The whole plot is fenced, which is the detail that matters if you are arriving with children or a dog.
The house
Three bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and room for up to ten guests across 170 m². The living and dining area opens onto a large terrace, and there is a balcony looking out over the greenery. Downstairs in the basement there is a gym and a billiard table — useful on the one wet afternoon of the week.
Outside
Private pool, barbecue, a children’s playground in the fenced yard, and private parking. Four bicycles come with the house at no charge, which is the nicest way to reach the surrounding villages.
Good to know
Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets are welcome. Smoking is outdoors only. A second baby cot and pool heating for April, May, September and October are available on request — worth asking about if you are travelling outside high summer.
