About Casa Ferata
Casa Ferata is a recently built villa in Matohanci, one of the small inland villages behind Rovinj. It was designed for groups — nine people fit comfortably without anyone drawing the short straw on sleeping arrangements.
Inside
Three bedrooms, each with a large double bed and its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. The ground floor is given over to one open living and dining space with a fully equipped kitchen, so the cooking and the company happen in the same room. Air conditioning throughout, heating for the shoulder season, and 185 m² to spread out in.
Outside
The private pool faces the garden, with a covered terrace alongside it for eating out of the sun and a barbecue for the evenings. There is a children’s playground on the plot, which matters more than it sounds when you are travelling with a group of families.
The area
Matohanci is quiet — this is farmland and stone villages rather than seafront. Rovinj and the coast are a short drive away, which makes the villa a practical base for days at the beach and nights where the only sound is crickets.
