About Villa San Bartolo
Villa San Bartolo sits in quiet countryside on the road towards Valalta and the Lim Fjord, close enough to Rovinj for dinner in town and far enough out that the only view is garden and olive trees.
The house
At 260 m² it is the most generous house on our list for its number of guests — six people across three bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and three bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and the living space is built around the view out to the pool.
Pool and jacuzzi
The private pool is heated, which extends the season well into spring and autumn, and there is a separate outdoor jacuzzi for the evenings. The terrace runs alongside both, with a barbecue and shaded seating looking over the garden.
The area
Valalta and the beaches of the Lim channel are a few minutes away, and Rovinj itself is a short drive. Pets are welcome, so this is a practical choice if the dog is coming too.
